By Intel® FPGAs 240
Intel® Cyclone 10 GX FPGAs provide 12.5 G transceiver-based functions, 1.4 Gigabits per second (Gbps) LVDS, and up to a 72-bit wide DDR3 SDRAM interface at up to 1,866 Megabits per second (Mbps). The family consists of high-performance and power-efficient 20 nm low-cost FPGAs delivering higher core, transceiver, and I/O performance than the previous generation of low-cost FPGAs. Intel Cyclone 10 GX FPGAs are optimized for high-bandwidth performance applications, such as machine vision, video connectivity, and smart vision cameras.
Dev Kit Features
The Intel Cyclone 10 GX FPGA development kit is populated with a 220 K logic element (LE) device along with 2 GB DDR3 SDRAM. The two channels for the small form-factor pluggable (SFP+) support 10GbE. Connections populated include a USB 3.1 Type-C port, 10/100/1000 Base-T Ethernet port, PCI Express® (PCIe®) X4 edge connector, and an FPGA mezzanine card (FMC) connector
At both the Intel Cyclone 10 GX FPGAs evaluation and the design concept stages, Intel provides a complete ecosystem which includes development kits, software, intellectual property, design examples, Design Solutions Network partners, and Engineer-to-Engineer videos to support designs. With Intel’s support alongside the Intel Cyclone 10 GX performance allows developers to build 10Gbps+ applications that utilize standards such as 10G Ethernet, 12G SDI II, USB 3.1, and GigE vision.
