Altran's heavy-duty, space-saving metal enclosed filters offer rugged ¼” bolt connections for industrial applications while maintaining easily understood hookup patterns. The filters offer ratings from 20 A to 60 A and are available in Delta or WYE wiring configurations. Designed exclusively for regeneration systems of returning power, the AMI-M34a series includes extensive RFI suppression for industrial three-phase applications including machinery tools, three-phase inverters and converters, variable-speed motor drives, process automation services, and variable-speed automotive motor drives. The filters operate with an ambient temperature range (at rated current Ir) of -10°C to +40°C. In an ambient temperature (TA) higher than +40°C the maximum operating current (Io) is calculated as follows: Io = Ir sqrt [(85-TA)/45].
