TI F28335 Delfino DSCs support extreme temperature applications by functioning in a -55ºC to 210ºC range. The TI SM320F28335 features high-performance static CMOS technology that runs at up to 150 MHz over a -55ºC to 125ºC range and up to 100MHz at 210ºC.
