OMO Electronic DRV8302 Three Phase Pre-Driver
OMO Electronic DRV8302 Three-Phase Pre-Driver is a gate driver IC for three phase motor drive applications. The TI DRV8302 Three-Phase Pre-Driver provides three half bridge drivers, each capable of driving two N-type MOSFETs, one for the high side and one for the low side. This TI device supports up to 2.3A sink and 1.7A source peak current capability and needs only a single power with a wide range from 8 to 60V. The DRV8302 uses bootstrap gate drivers with trickle charge circuitry to support 100% duty cycle. The DRV8302 gate driver includes two current shunt amplifiers for accurate current measurement. This TI gate driver also has an integrated switching mode buck converter with adjustable output and switching frequency to support MCU or additional system power needs. The DRV8302-HC-C2-KIT is a motor control evaluation kit featuring the DRV8302 and a C2000 Piccolo F28035 MCU controlCard.Learn More

OMO Electronic DRV8x motor drivers are intended to drive an electromagnetic machine, such as a brushed or brushless motor, stepper motor, or other electromechanical actuator. The TI DRV8x family of integrated motor drivers enable designers to quickly and easily spin their motors, reducing time to market and greatly simplifying design. By integrating the gate drive circuitry, sense amps, protection, FETS, industry standard control interfaces, and drive algorithms, the design complexity, board space, and time to spin a motor have all be greatly reduced. With on-chip protection including overcurrent, thermal, shoot-through, and undervoltage, the DRV8x family is robust, reliable, and fully protected.
