Gain Block Amplifiers for Sub 6GHz 5G: Qorvo Gain Block Amplifiers for Sub 6GHz 5G are a wide selection of general-purpose, internally matched MMIC amplifiers. The amplifiers are targeted for many applications in network infrastructure and defense/aerospace. These components showcase the wide range of performance capabilities using Qorvo's processes. These general-purpose gain blocks are internally matched and offer various gain and linearity levels in a variety of package types.

TQL906x Ultralow Noise Bypass LNA: Qorvo TQL906x features high-linearity, ultralow noise, and an integrated bypass mode. The TQL906x is designed for wireless infrastructure and covers the 0.5Ghz to 4GHz frequency band. It is internally matched using a high-performance E-pHEMT process and only requires four external components for operation. An internal active bias circuit maintains high performance over temperature.
