High-power NFC IC PN5180: NXP Semiconductors NFC IC PN5180 is a High-power NFC front end. It implements the RF functionality and all low-level functionality to realize an NFC Forum-compliant reader. The PN5180 ensures maximum interoperability for the next generation of NFC enabled mobile phones. It is optimized for point of sales terminal applications. The PN5180 supports the vicinity protocol according to ISO/IEC 15693 and ISO/IEC 18000-3 MODE 3. It implements a configurable temperature sensor.
