RClamp1851ZA TVS
Semtech RClamp1851ZA is high-performance, ultra-low capacitance transient voltage suppression (TVS) device. RClamp® TVS diodes are designed to replace multilayer varistors (MLVs) and protect sensitive electronics from damage or latch-up due to ESD. RClamp1851ZA offers transient protection for high-speed signal lines IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) ±20kV (air), ±17kV. They are available in a 2-pin SLP0603P2X3F package measuring 0.6 x 0.3mm with a nominal height of only 0.25mm. Ideal applications include portable devices such as cellular phones, digital cameras, and tablet PC's.Learn More
