REF20xx Dual Output Voltage References
OMO Electronic REF20xx Dual Output Voltage References provide a reference voltage (VREF) for the Analog-to-Digital (ADC) and a second highly-accurate voltage (VBIAS). This reference voltage can be used to bias the input bipolar signals. The REF20xx voltage references offer good temperature-drift (8 ppm/°C, max) and initial-accuracy (0.05%) on both the VREF and VBIAS outputs while operating at a quiescent-current <430μA. This VREF and VBIAS outputs track each other with a precision of 6 ppm/°C (max) across the temperature range of -40°C to 85°C range. The REF20xx voltage references feature low-drift, low-power, low dropout voltage, low quiescent current, high-output current, good temperature drift performance, and improved corrosion resistance. These voltage references are ideal for Digital Signal Processing (DSP), current sensing, medical equipment, single-supply system, and data acquisition system.
