Switch LNA Modules for Sub 6GHz 5G: Qorvo Switch LNA Modules for Sub 6GHz 5G are 5G Sub 6GHz solutions covering bands, n77, n78 and n79 (i.e. 3.3GHz to 5GHz). These sub 6GHz switch LNA products integrate an LNA and high-power switch in a dual-channel configuration supporting Massive MIMO receiver systems. These switch LNA modules include a bypass mode with power down capability. They offer low insertion loss and low noise figure. Additionally, some are capable of operating in a high and low gain states.

QPB9319 Dual-Channel Switch LNA Module: Qorvo QPB9319 Dual-Channel Switch LNA Module is a highly integrated front-end module targeted for TDD base stations. The switch LNA module integrates a two-stage LNA and a high power switch in a dual channel configuration. The second stage LNA has integrated bypass mode. Power down and bypass capability for the LNAs can be controlled with control pins on the module.
