AP22966 Dual Channel Programmable Load Switch: Diodes Inc AP22966 5V dual N-channel load switches feature channel adjustable slew rate, settable by an external capacitor. The N-channel MOSFETs have a typical on-channel resistance of 18mΩ, which enables current handling up to 6A. It is designed to operate from 0.8V to 5.5V.
