Littlefuse General Purpose ESD Protection SPA Diodes protect electronics from transient voltage damage. The wide selection offers diodes that meet industry requirements to solve multiple exposure issues.
Littelfuse SP1050-04BTG PoE ESD Suppressor
Littelfuse SP1050-04BTG PoE ESD Suppressor provides over-voltage protection for Power-over-Ethernet PSE equipment. SP1050-04BTG incorporates four TVS Diodes each with their own decoupling capacitor to stabilize power supplies. SP1050 is compatible with IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at requirements while allowing PoE based systems to be protected against damaging threats such as lightning-induced surges (IEC61000-4-5), electrical fast transients (IEC61000-4-4), and electrostatic discharges (IEC61000-4-2). The low clamping voltage of 96V makes this Littelfuse TVS diode array compatible with PSE controller technologies.

TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)
Littelfuse TVS Diode Arrays SPA™ (Silicon Protection Arrays) are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). The diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. The TVS SPA diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.
