Nexperia PTVSxP1UTP 600W Unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressors are available in a SOD-128 small and flat lead Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package, designed for transient overvoltage protection in high-temperature applications. Features include rated peak pulse power of 600W, reverse standoff voltage range of 3.3V to 64V, reverse current of 0.001µA, very low package height (1mm), and AEC-Q101 qualified. Typical applications for these are power supply protection, automotive, industrial, power management, and high temperature.
