Automotive Switch ICs: ROHM Semiconductor Automotive Switch ICs integrate a low ON-resistance MOSFET and multiple protection circuits on a single chip. This results in a low loss, high efficiency, stable, and reliable operation. The AEC-Q100 qualified ICs consists of power management ICs and Intelligent Power Devices (IPDs) with smart low side or high side switch ICs. These IPDs have several advantages over mechanical relays. They have better protection and recovering function from an electrical short.
