AL581x Linear LED Controllers: Diodes Incorporated AL581x Linear LED Controllers are adjustable LED drivers which offer excellent temperature stability and current capability. These LED controllers work with a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 60V. Diodes Incorporated AL581x linear LED controllers regulate the LED current with minimum power dissipation. These LED controllers offer an internal output drive of up to 15mA which enables it to drive external bipolar transistors or MOSFETs. The AL581x linear LED controllers can drive long LED chains with low drop-out voltage and multiple LED channels.
