Microchip MIC5396/7/8/9 features advanced, low-power dual Low Dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulators designed to power general-purpose portable devices. MIC5396/7/8/9 consists of two high-performance, independent 300mA LDOs in a single package. The design makes it possible to improve system efficiency by providing two independent supply inputs that designers can optimize for each individual LDO. MIC5396/7/8/9 offers 2% accuracy, low dropout voltage (160mV at 300mA), a low ground current (typically 42µA per LDO at full load), and a wide output voltage range down to 1.0V. Providing a full feature set, low dropout voltage, and tiny 8-pin, 1.2mm x 1.6mm leadless extra thin DFN package, MIC5396/7/8/9 LDO Voltage Regulators are ideal for battery-powered applications such as camera & mobile phones, DSC, GPS, PMP, & PDAs, portable medical devices, and portable electronics.Learn More
