AP3441/L & AP3445/L Step-down DC-DC Converters
Diodes Incorporated AP3441/L and AP3445/L Step-down DC-DC Converters offer excellent stability, fast transient response, and excellent line and load regulation with high efficiency. Delivering 2A (AP3441/L) and 3A (AP3445/L) maximum output current, these synchronous DC-DC buck converters consume only 55μA of no-load quiescent current. Ultra-low RDS(ON) integrated MOSFETs and 100% duty cycle operation make these devices an ideal choice for high output voltage, high current applications which require a low dropout threshold. Pulse skip mode maintains high efficiency at light-load conditions.
