MA4GP905 GaAs Beamlead PIN Diode: MACOM MA4GP905 GaAs Beamlead PIN Diode is fabricated on a OMCVD epitaxial wafer using a process designed for high device uniformity and extremely low parasitics. The MA4GP905 features low series resistance, low capacitance, millimeter wave switching and millimeter wave cutoff frequency. The diode also features three nanosecond typical switching speed and can be driven by a buffered +5V TTL.
