BCR420UFD & BCR421UFD Linear LED Regulators: Diodes Incorporated BCR420UFD and BCR421UFD Linear LED Constant Current Regulators (CCR) offer a simple method of driving low-current LED strips and panels in commercial and industrial lighting. Designed as a monolithic solution, the BCR420UFD and BCR421UFD integrate transistors, diodes, and resistors in a single, low-profile DFN2020 package measuring just 0.6mm high. The highly integrated design supports the development of LED devices with a thinner overall profile, increased light output efficiency, ultra-low EMI, and longer operating lifetimes. With its low 0.6mm height and compact DFN2020 package, the BCR420UFD and BCR421UFD regulators are ideally suited for 12V and 24V LED edge lighting strips in a wide range of applications.
