Delivery is very fast service meest express, received in the post office! I ordered 10 different goods from this seller, all the goods were stocked in a package of pouches, everything is whole! I recommend this store! Modules were all sealed in antistatic bags. With acc 18650 raises voltage up to ~ 27-28 v. To one connected bp on 24 v 6a, after that it stopped working :) and maybe it was not working. To work need ~ 10 revolutions to scroll the resistor clockwise.
