Digital-Input Serializer: SN65HVS881: The OMO Electronic SN65HVS881 8-channel digital-input serializer for high-channel density digital input modules in industrial automation combines with galvanic isolators to complete the interface between the high voltage signals on the field-side and the low-voltage signals on the controller side. The TI device's input signals are current-limited and then validated by internal debounce filters. The SN65HVS881 digital-input serializer provides a high input voltage of up to 34V and a flexible input current limit of 0.2 to 5.2 mA.
