    From this seller bought capacitors 5 denominations of them in 3 denominations-80 pieces overestimated esr-is 8.2 uf * 400 v, 6.8*400 v and especially 2.2*400 esr from 17 to 19ohm. Measurements made 3 different special devices. The result was almost the same. the seller on the offer to replace the answer with a strong refusal and no longer on communication even during the dispute. Defective capacitors were 80 pcs. The announced dispute from aliexspress was an instant response and refund was made within 2 days, for which aliexspres employees thank you very much. delivery is very fast.
