Littelfuse TVS Diodes
Littelfuse TVS Diodes are used to protect semiconductor components from high-voltage transients. Their p-n junctions have a larger cross-sectional area than those of a normal diode, allowing them to conduct large currents to ground without sustaining damage. Littelfuse supplies TVS Diodes with peak power ratings from 200W to 30kW, and reverse standoff voltages from 5V to 600V. Littelfuse SMAJ, SMBJ, SMCJ, SMDJ, P6KE, and 1.5KE TVS devices are ideal for the protection of I/O Interfaces, Vcc bus and other vulnerable circuits used in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronic applications.Learn More

Littelfuse AK3 Series Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) Diodes have been specially designed for use in A.C. line protection and any particularly demanding applications (AC or DC). They offer superior clamping characteristics over standard S.A.D. technologies by virtue of the Littelfuse Foldbak technology, which provides a clamping voltage lower than the avalanche voltage, but above the rated working voltage. Therefore, any voltage rise due to increased current conduction is contained to a minimum, providing the best possible protection level. Littelfuse AK3 Series TVS Diodes can also be connected in series and/or parallel to create very high capacity protection solutions.Learn more
