BD2270HFV MOSFET Controller ICs
ROHM Semiconductor BD2270HFV MOSFET controller ICs feature a built-in charge pump circuit for gate drive and and a built-in output discharge circuit. The ROHM BD2270HFV ICs enable configuration of a high side load switch for N-channel MOSFET drive without using any external parts. The control input terminal of this ROHM Semiconductor MOSFET controller IC provides a control input terminal with a built-in comparator with hysteresis function, facilitating control of the power up sequence.
