IX9907 High Voltage Dimmable LED Drivers: IXYS Integrated Circuits IX9907 High Voltage Dimmable LED Drivers are a quasi-resonant controller optimized for phase-cut dimmable and off-line LED applications. These drivers provide PFC control and have more than 98% power factor and more than 90% of efficiency. IX9907 includes an internal 650V power MOSFET and has a wide operating voltage range. These features make IX9907 an excellent choice for quasi-resonant and offline flyback LED bulb designs. The IX9907 is available in a standard 8-pin SOIC package.
