    I bought 2 pieces. One burned right away. Connected the battery from the phone, respectively there was a protection board, powered from the laboratory power supply exactly 5 v, the protection board disconnected the battery, the module immediately burned. The second included with battery without protection board and with ordinary charger from phone, works. As already written: when charging, the output voltage is about 4.7 v, when charging is connected, the output voltage is turned on and can not be turned off, the voltage from the charger is planted (in my case, about 4,8 v).
