TLP117 / TLP2066 High-Speed IC Photocoupler: The Toshiba TLP117 is a high-speed (50 Mb/s) IC photocoupler and the Toshiba TLP2066 is a low-voltage (20 Mb/s, Vcc = 3.3V) photocoupler. The totem-pole output configuration of the Toshiba TLP117 and TLP2066 photocouplers makes bidirectional drive for the sink and source possible. The maximum operating temperature is 100°C for the TLP2066 and 105ºC for the TLP117, allowing them to be used in various applications, such as plasma displays, measuring instruments, control equipment, and factory automation.
