Gain Block Amplifiers for Sub 6GHz 5G
Qorvo Gain Block Amplifiers for Sub 6GHz 5G are a wide selection of general-purpose, internally matched MMIC amplifiers. The amplifiers are targeted for many applications in network infrastructure and defense/aerospace. These components showcase the wide range of performance capabilities using Qorvo's processes. These general-purpose gain blocks are internally matched and offer various gain and linearity levels in a variety of package types.
High Linearity LNA Gain Block Amplifiers
Qorvo High Linearity LNA Gain Block Amplifiers are cascadable, high linearity gain block amplifiers in low-cost surface-mount packages. TriQuint Semiconductor High Linearity LNA Gain Block Amplifiers have the benefit of having high gain across a broad range of frequencies while also providing very low noise. This allows them to be used in both receiver and transmitter chains for high performance systems. The amplifiers are internally matched using a high performance E-pHEMT process and only require an external RF choke and blocking/bypass capacitors for operation from a single +5V supply. The internal active bias circuit also enables stable operation over bias and temperature variations. At 1.9 GHz, the amplifiers typically provide 22 dB gain, +39.5 dBm OIP3, and 1.3 dB Noise Figure while only drawing 115 mA current. They are housed in leadfree/green/RoHS-compliant industry-standard 16-pin 3x3mm QFN packages. The amplifers cover the 0.05 - 4GHz frequency band and are targeted for wireless infrastructure or other applications requiring high linearity and/or low noise figure.Learn more

Qorvo TQP3M series of High Linearity LNA Gain Block Amplifiers have the benefit of having high linearity and low noise figure to allow them to be used in both receiver and transmitter chains for high performance systems. These High Linearity LNA Gain Block Amplifiers are internally matched using a high performance E-pHEMT process and only requires an external RF choke and blocking/bypass capacitors for operation from a single 5V supply. The Qorvo TQP3M series also has an internal active bias circuit which enables stable operation over bias and temperature variations. Typical applications for these High Linearity LNA Gain Block Amplifiers include repeaters, mobile infrastructure, LTE/WCDMA/EDGE/CDMA and general purpose wireless.
