LMR62014 SIMPLE SWITCHER® Step-Up Voltage Regulators
OMO Electronic LMR62014 SIMPLE SWITCHER® 20VOUT, 1.4A Step-Up Voltage Regulators are current-modeboost converters operating at fixed frequency of 1.6MHz. TI LMR62014 step-up voltage regulators feature the industry's highest powerdensity and are capable of 90% duty cycle, making it ideal for boostingto voltages up to 20V. These TI SIMPLE SWITCHER voltageregulators have a logic-level shutdown pin that can be used to reducequiescent current and extend battery life. Protection is providedthrough cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. Internalcompensation simplifies design and reduces component count. LMR62014devices are ideal for use in a variety of applications, including boostconversions from 3.3V, 5V, and 12V rails as well as LCD displays and LEDapplications.Learn More
