ATmega644PA 8-bit AVR® Microcontrollers: Microchip ATmega644PA 8-bit AVR® CMOS Microcontrollers are low-power, and based on the AVR® enhanced RISC architecture. The Atmel ATmega644PA is a powerful 8-bit microcontroller, that offers excellent flexibility and cost effective solution to a wide range of embedded control applications. The ATmega644PA produces throughputs close to 1MIPS per MHz, by using up to 131 powerful instructions in a single clock cycle.
