Guerrilla RF GRF400x Broadband LNA/Linear Drivers are broadband low noise gain blocks designed for small cell, wireless infrastructures and other high-performance applications. The GRF400x exhibit outstanding broadband NF, linearity and return losses with a single match. The GRF400x offer high levels of reuse both within a design and across platforms and are configured as first stage LNAs, linear drivers or cascaded gain blocks. The devices are operated from a supply voltage of 1.8 to 5.0V with a selectable Iddq range for optimal efficiency and linearity.Learn More
