PECL to TTL Translator: SN65ELT21 / SN65ELT23 / SN65VELT23
OMO Electronic PECL to TTL translator devices are ideal for data and clock transmission over backplane or signaling level conversion for clock or data. These OMO Electronic devices include the SN65ELT21, which features 3ns (typical) propagation delay and an operating range of 4.3V to 5.7V with GND = 0V. The TI SN65ELT23 dual differential PECL buffer to TTL translator includes 24 mA TTL outputs, an operating range of 4.75V to 5.25V with GND = 0V, and support for clock frequencies of 250 MHz (typical). The TI SN65LVELT23 is a 3.3V dual differential LVPECL / LVDS buffer to LVTTL translator with 24 mA LVTTL outputs, operating range of 3.0V to 3.6V with GND = 0V, and support for clock frequencies to >180 MHz.
