ML620 CMOS 16-Bit RISC MCUs: ROHM ML620 CMOS 16-Bit RISC MCUs are high-performance microcontrollers with LAPIS Semiconductor's original 16-bit reduced instruction set computing ( RISC) U16 Core. Rich peripheral circuits are incorporated like a 10-bit A/D converter, timer, PWM, synchronous serial port, UART and I2C bus interface.
