The IoT FEM is ideal for wireless connectivity, allowing ZigBee, Thread, and Bluetooth® standards, with Bluetooth 5 included. The IoT FEM is an efficient Internet of Things (IoT) solution when paired with a system on Chip (SoC) platform, resulting in a longer battery life and extended transmission range.
SKY66113-11 RF Front-End Module
Skyworks Solutions SKY66113-11 RF Front-End Module (FEM) features a Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA), and transmit bypass path. This high-gain, high-performance, fully integrated RF FEM have digital controls compatible with 1.6 V to 3.6 V CMOS levels. The SKY66113-11 Module is designed for Bluetooth® Low Energy/Bluetooth Smart, 802.15.4, Thread, and ZigBee® applications. The SKY66113-11 FEM comes in a small 16-pin, 2.4mm x 2.4mm Multi-Chip Module (MCM) package, ideal for space-constrained designs. This FEM can be used for smart thermostats, in-home appliances, beacons, gateways, sensors, and wearable devices.
