This item is flawed by design / manufacturing. I spent 6 hours trying to figure out why my ESP-01 modules are not working with it. Finally I discovered that its Chip-Enable pin is not connected to VCC. So, if you have made the mistake of ordering this flawed item, then connect Chip-Enable pin to VCC to make it work. I received this item in 23 days in Pakistan.
