TGS2354 40W GaN Switch
Qorvo TGS2354 40W GaN Switch is offered as a Single-Pole, Double-Throw (SPDT) reflective switch that operates from 0.5 to 6GHz. Developed using the Qorvo TQGaN25 0.25µm GaN on SiC production process, the TGS2354 can support up to 40W input power handling at control voltages of 0/-40V. The TGS2354 switch maintains low insertion loss of 0.8dB or less and greater than 25dB isolation. These capabilities make the TGS2354 40W GaN Switch ideal for high-power switching applications across both defense and commercial platforms. Available in a small 1.397 x 1.58mm die size, TGS2354 allows control voltage input from either side of the die. GaN Switches
Qorvo GaN Switches are suited for RF Switching applications and feature high breakdown voltages combined with the low on-resistance and off-state capacitance. This enables a dramatic increases in power handling. GaAs FET switches are widely used in the RF industry, and typically used for power levels on the order of a few watts or less. GaN FET's are able to use the same circuit architectures to handle power levels on the order of tens of watts.
