DIO5151 Buck/Boost Charge Pump LED Driver: DIOO Microcircuits DIO5151 Buck/Boost Charge Pump LED Driver is ideal for powering high-brightness LEDs for camera flash applications. The charge pump can regulate two current levels for FLASH and TORCH modes. The DIO5151 automatically switches between step-up and step-down modes so the LED current doesn't depend on the forward voltage. The driver also switches at 2MHz for the use of tiny components. The supply voltage ranges from 3V to 5.5V.Learn More
