QPA2237 0W GaN Power Amplifier: Qorvo QPA2237 10W Gallium Nitride (GaN) Power Amplifier is a wideband flat power amplifier fabricated using 0.25um GaN on Silicon Carbide (SiC) process. This low-cost surface-mount amplifier operates from 0.03GHz to 2.5GHz frequency range. The QPA2237 is available in 4mm x 4mm x 0.85mm, 20 lead QFN packaging. The 10W GaN power amplifier provides greater than:10W of saturated output power48% power-added efficiency13dB of large signal gain18.5dB of small signal gain.
