Microchip MCP1810 Ultralow Quiescent Current LDO Regulators provide high-current and low-output voltages, while maintaining an ultralow 20nA of quiescent current during device operation. The MCP1810 regulators can be shut down for an even lower 1nA (typical) supply current draw.
