These Monolithic Quad Power Half-Bridges are designed for the output stage of of a stereo all-digital high efficiency amplifier (either DDX™ or FFX™). The STMicroelectronics Monolithic Quad Power Half-Bridges are available in 18V/3.0A, 40V/3.5A or 65V/7.5A configurations and feature Multipower BCD Technology, thermal protection, thermal warning output and undervoltage protection.
