MAX1443x 4-Channel Digital Isolators
Maxim Integrated MAX1443x 4-Channel Digital Isolators are fast, low power, digital galvanic isolators made using Maxim's proprietary process technology. The MAX1443x isolators transfer digital signals between circuits with different power domains. These isolators use 0.58mW per channel at 1Mbps with a 1.8V supply and have an isolation rating of 5kVRMS for 60 seconds. The output enable for the A side of the MAX1443xR/S/U/V is active-low. This makes it ideal for isolating a port on a shared SPI bus since the CS signal can directly enable the MISO signal on the isolator.
