SPC58ECx 32-bit Microcontrollers
STMicroelectronics SPC58ECx 32-bit Microcontrollers are AEC-Q100 qualified microcontrollers that are designed to replace SPC564Cx and SPC56ECx family. These MCUs feature e200z420 and e200z0 processor cores, embedded in the hardware security module. The SPC58ECx microcontrollers offer 4224KB (4096KB code flash + 128KB data flash) on-chip flash memory supporting read during a program and erase operations. Additionally, these MCUS also offer 176KB HSM dedicated flash memory (144KB code + 32KB data) and 384KB on-chip general-purpose SRAM. The SPC58ECx MCUs provide higher throughput, low power capabilities, and significant power/performance improvement. These microcontrollers are ideally suited for automotive ASIL-B applications.
