Holt Integrated Circuits CAN network IC products integrate seamlessly with higher layer protocols such as ARINC 825, CANopen, or DeviceNet. The HI-3110PSIF with Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) was the first CAN product to integrate the transceiver on the same chip as the controller, ensuring a highly compact, single-chip solution. The internal transceiver allows direct connection to the CAN bus without using external components and coupled with the host SPI, results in minimal board space usage. Holt also offers standalone transceivers and CAN controller ICs.
All CAN Controllers have been independently validated according to protocol specification ISO 11898 and test specification ISO 16845 by C&S group, GmbH. The validation report is available upon request.
