Infineon's OptiMOS-5 40 V technology in SS08 leadless package offers best-in-class FOM, switching performance, lower package resistance and inductance. It provides a high level of quality and robustness for automotive applications. The compact design has a high-power density with a high-efficiency at a reduced system cost.
Infineon's leadless SFET5 40 V SS08 product offers much lower RDS(on) and higher current than SFET4 40 V DPAK technology. SFET5 40 V in SS08 can use a smaller thermal cooling-system compared to a competitor's 40 V DPAK, enabling a lower volume, a lower weight cooling system, and cost savings.
